We ship what we have, from where we have it. Here's what to expect.
How Shipping Works
We keep things simple: inventory lives in warehouses. When you order, it ships from whichever warehouse has your product. Each product page shows you where it ships from and roughly how long it takes.
No "same-day dispatch" promises we can't keep. No pretending everything comes from a US warehouse when it doesn't. Just the facts.
Shipping Rates
Processing Time
- ▸ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We don't overpromise "same-day" when we can't guarantee it.
- ▸ Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time — we're working on it.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
Carriers
We work with major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others). The carrier is selected based on your location and which warehouse your product ships from. If you have a specific carrier preference, mention it in your order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
